An additional note: If last night's game was any indication, Pulisic better get used to being brutalized.

I doubt those three even crossed his mind, you need to play for the fashionable & his favourite clubs to qualify for selection. It must have been galling for Gareth having to pick Kalvin.
Southgate probably hadn't even heard of KP until Villa tried to sign him.

and Harrison would be a shoe in if he still played for City's U23's. Was it me or was Kalvin the only one putting in the effort, cracking piece of high press late in the first won the ball back around their box

I'd laugh, but it's probably true.

Tried to keep quiet...but one can only take so much...Mings is a total liablity, Maquire is so overrated it's embarressing, Grealish just pisses everyone off, being a diver and whiner instead of the great he is capable of ,...someone please explain why Sterling is there?... at this level we should not need injured petulent players to show leadership, Henderson should be sent home... And Southgate leaves Paddy behind...what a mess.

2 players would transform that team ...Paddy and Jack...with KP on the field be a beuatiful site ...Southgate talks the talk of giving people a chance but has not got the gonads to do it ...

The Aston Villa striker was a late substitute by Southgate in Sunday’s match and as he was preparing to enter the field a familiar chant went up in the stands of Middlesbrough’s Riverside Stadium.

It was Bamford’s name sung as Watkins went on and every time the Villa man went on to touch the ball in the final 10 minutes, Bamford’s name rolled through the terraces.

Best chance of England scoring is Grealish falling over and Kane slotting home the penalty.

Just can't see much getting created in open play.
