Re: Tarik Muharemovic
Certainly impressed so far.
Am guessing we identified him as a target early as I reckon we had agreed a deal in January to sell Struijk to Brighton in the summer - thus giving us the funds at the time to pursue Strand-Larsson as the amortised payments would have meant we would likely only been on the hook for £5m for Strand-Larsen (if he signed for £45m on a 4 1/2 year deal) so the Struijk slae being guaranteed gave us the confidence that we could straighten our PSR out prior to the end of June.

Thank God we didn't buy Strand-Larsen...weasel wrote: ↑Sun Aug 16, 2026 2:24 pm Certainly impressed so far.

Very good second half, Stach was also excellent in defence, as he was week one with the most defensive "actions" for Leeds v Forest.

The sliding interception saved a certain goal and tap in for Anthony on Saturday. He ran from box to box to do it as well. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2026 11:18 am Very good second half, Stach was also excellent in defence, as he was week one with the most defensive "actions" for Leeds v Forest.

Re: Tarik Muharemovic
Tarik is immense and imho an upgrade on Struijk.
I've seen him live 5 times already this season as well as all the rest on TV, a tremendous player, sure he will make mistakes, which player dosen't, I see liverpool wanting him to replace van dyke and obviously us telling them to bugger off, he's going nowhere.

My MOTM in three of our six matches, and probably 2nd or 3rd in the other three games.Bon wrote: ↑Tue Sep 22, 2026 1:14 pm Tarik is immense and imho an upgrade on Struijk.

Re: Tarik Muharemovic
His reading of the game really is top notch, hopefully he is a massive part of the rebuild and not someone we intend to make money on next season, replacing a player of that magnitude will cost....a lot.
