Stats & Polls Suzuki or Trafford? - Poll of the Day

Post by Cjay »

Not the car ha ha ha :)

Mixed reports on Japan goalie Zion Suzuki in terms of progress on a deal.

But has been confirmed he's someone we like

The James Trafford interest is well known as well.

So who would you prefer?

I’ve been shouting for Trafford for weeks so he gets my vote.

Might be cheaper too? :duno:

Nothing to choose between them and Perri, I'm loathe to pay another 25M on a keeper while Perri is at the club.

I'll pass on the vote, I'd go neither, if we can sell Perri for 20 that would change. Still a coin toss

I went Trafford cheaper and he knows the pressures of the prem simple as that .
I think we should move on quicker from players,if they don't want to come simple move on to the next 1 simple as .

I get what you are saying but Perri is really poor imo

Stick with Perri, he will come good this season.

I’ve been banging the drum, on here for ages, about Trafford.

I’ll stick with that.

Yeah, won’t be cheap.

Can’t see it happening anyway, but it would be hypocritical of me to switch horses when I’ve nailed my colours to the mast already.

I went Suzuki.

Based on limited watches of course but been impressed with him at the WC and his record at Parma is decent.

Trafford has a very poor Premier League record, whilst mainly with Burnley he started 4 games for Man City last season conceding 2 goals in 3 of those games.

And I think Trafford would be really expensive.

I wouldn't be surprised if we don't sign either.

We already have Darlow, Perri & Cairns on our books plus two U18 & U21 goalies.

Mark these words. Suzuki goes to Villa and Trafford stays where he is. Pointless poll.

All these type of polls are pure speculation.

How many of these linked signings actually happen?

Last season?

Stach, Longstaff, DCL, Bijol, Gudds, Perri, Buonanotte were all linked

Bornauw aand Nmecha not so much. Justin was out of the blue

It's all a bit slow this year, due to the world cup we're only just starting.

Where is the 'Neither' option? Perri is number 1 for next year: he will come good else... why did we buy him?

We should go for Orlando Gill, the Paraguay keeper. I was impressed with him in the World Cup and he currently plays in the Argentina top flight so we could probably get him a lot cheaper than Suzuki or Trafford
