Depending on how you like your omens
We have the same amount of points as MB had in his 1st season where we finished 9th.
Or 1 less point than we had under Marsch where we went down.
Take ya pick.

He was frustrating, took his goal well, though.
Lost possession 13 times.

I agree with regard to Okafor. The goal really settled him down in my view.Cjay wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 4:15 pm Okafor better 2nd half imo weirdly.
Less involved but when he was he was better with it.
Took his goal well.
Credit to DCL, that's the first time he's looked like he might be what we need with his all round game and he took that header well because at best it was a half chance.

That has to be the first in a long time when three new signings have scored their debut goal in the same game for Leeds.

Yeah we were comfortably the better team in the first half. Second half distorts the stats as we were happy to defend and as such they had more chances. That said I think we looked as likely to score in the second half as Wolves did.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 4:07 pm Casual observers may look at the stats and think Wolves were the better team
Despite the numbers, we were much better than them

No comparable stats with Norwich under Farke - that must be annoying for you.

I am judging him on what he has done/is doing this season! I'm trying to be positive. Too many negative ppl on here. I don't wanna be one of them...andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 4:17 pm Has your opinion of Aaronson changed since you moved across the Atlantic?

Our best keeper imo!White Riot wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 3:33 pm Darlow has done well today.
We'd have been shagged with Les Mes in goal.
Perri's position is deffo under threat.

Whoot!
I had the pleasure to watch the game alongside a long suffering Wolves fan.
Poor Steve, it all began so well for you today.
What a win!
DCL with the goals we need from him.
Stach with a beauty ( great celebration btw)
Then Okafor with a strikers finish after we won the ball back.
And we achieved that with Aaronson in the team who continues to be dire.

Erm if you like
Norwich had 6 points from the first 5 games and the same goal difference and sat in 13th in his 1st Premier league season.

He works tirelessly - we pretty much gave them little change on either flank. All they could do was pump the ball into the box speculatively.Victor_Notts-17 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 4:07 pm Aronson is a better player than he's given credit for. I get why he divides opinion, but he often receives the ball in an isolated position and still loses possession too easily on occasion - simply because he is looking for the free kick more often than not. He got a fair few today and his tracking back was phenomenal.
I can see why he is in the starting 11, particularly away from home.
Gud had the fastest player in the league in his pocket. Fantastic performance and probably my MoTM, but there was some great performances all over the pitch.
