As long as Ethan stays fit in our remaining five games.

Yes, an obvious concern.

One of, if not the, most important player for us.

One of our best players (Struijk). Always believed he would come good. Wober is an excellent replacement if his attitude is right. Wober is Prem quality. Let's see how much he wants it...

I think Farke will go with Amps at CB & Gruev in midfield, as he did vs Middlesbrough.

Sideways, backward, etc....it's not nothin'... :)

...not nothin' at all (before someone says it, that's definitely grammatically correct in my neck of the woods) ;-)

I'm assuming the one he missed was that lovely ball over the top that Nmecha should have done much better with. 40 yarder that one? MOTM

Sideways and backwards aside, Strujik is capable of some terrific long range passes too. It's what has always impressed me about him even back when he looked a young inexperienced CB that wasn't ready for the PL 4 or 5 years ago. He was always comfortable with the ball at his feet and capable of pinging an accurate long ball.

That's why I hope the rumours of a move yesterday were off the mark. He has the makings of being a top class complete center back

Being able to mix up your passing but play the right pass is key to me rather than whether it goes backwards or sideways. A sideways pass to a player in a better position to hit a forward pass is a good pass. We passed it around well at the back apart from a few minutes in the second half where we looked a little bit rattled and there were a few aimless clearances when we should have had a bit more composure.

Personally I think Struijk is better on the ball than Rodon

He also played the joint most long passes vs Everton with Stach.

Never been a doubt imo, why they compliment each other.

13 excellent/very good passes all together.

Struijk (10) Rodon, Ampadu & Stach made 26 defensive headers, puts to bed the theory that we didn't have to defend against Everton.

We did defend and we did it very well, better than anything last season

Indeed, our defence & centre-midfielders were superb.

I don't miss much, it was a lovely ball that I thought Nmecha should have done better on, I scored Struijk up for it and Nmecha down

Both Pascal & Joe appear to have adapted very well to life in the Premier League.

They are both quality. I think they will get better as a pair this season.
