That's my view too. Respect that a manager wants to bring in his own style. But that style has to be flexible. You have to make use of what you have and compensate for what you don't have. Every system needs a little flexibility and tweaking.
Case in point here. Harrison has been among our best offensive weapons down the left. Now he's pushed to the bench because he can't figure out how to get Sinsiterra and Harrison into the same team. That's a luxury we don't have. Marsh has to figure out how to use them together.
Our squad is good enough, We're missing one or two pieces, but who isn't. It's the managers job to make what he has work.

That match was way too easy for Leicester, a team bereft of confidence, until we rolled up. I don't get why you would take Cooper out for Llorente?
Koch n Cooper we're good against the Arse. So what has Llorente done to get his place back?
I felt sorry for Aaronson, he ran his guts out all night, he's got a winning attitude and is a quality player.

Worked at Red Bull but has gone to the Bundesliga and done a good solid job for a few years including leading Eintracht frankfurt to there highest finish (5th)in 20 years.
Beat teams like Dortmund and Bayern and Arsenal whilst there.
Not perfect and his spell at Borussia Mönchengladbach didn't go brilliantly and his teams aren't perfect defensively.
Sorry but surely these guys have more to their game than counter pressing.

Huh? If he figured it out, why was Harrison on the bench last night? Harrison was poor when he played on the right. He played central against Arsenal. And even though that was a good team performance, Harrison didn't contribute a great deal. Only solution for me is Harrison plays left, Sinisterra plays right. He benched Harrison because he wants Sinsiterra on the left and that's the only position where Harrison has played well.

In fairness, Llorenete was ok last night. But you can't leave Cooper out. Any average fan can see that our organization is piss poor when he doesn't play.
Here's an idea. If you rest Cooper again, why not have him constantly warming up level with the back line so he can shout out orders? Is he allowed to do that?

There's a strong case for saying that Orta should not select the next manager. I'm not an Orta basher like most here. But since Monk left, we've had 2 short lived firings and one success. One more firing would be a poor record for VO.
