Left it all on the pitch v Chelsea and 3 days later get a 1 Billion pound team.. AWAY!! You could perm any team you like and we'd still be losing comfortably..

It's a times like these I'm glad I stopped reading the match day thread once the games kick off.. Missed the first half but I thought 4-0 when I came up to set up my stream...

Erm yes

Needed to slow down, a more reserved style, be less gung ho and direct.

Ease into the game slowly.

Then towards the end go for.the kill.

Players aren't good enough, but that was his choice. We can't match Man City man for man, yet he still does. Not saying get rid, but why does he keep getting free passes?

Because he did what no one else could for 16 years and anyone else was unlikely to for another 16 years ..

We ain't going down so we can continue the rebuild next season..

How do you know we're not going down? Players bottle leads every week and we are constantly injured.

I think Bielsa keeps us up. The next appointment will be more like any of the last 15 or 20 or so and we go down.

To answer the question, Wise is available, Hockaday, Warnock, there's loads available.

It's already a probability at this rate. Just fortunate teams below us are slightly more shite.

Blind loyalty a strange trait. Bielsa's been great he's beginning to tarnish the reputation abit though. Has a world class coach ever relegated a side? I hope not.

Not at all, on the contrary looking at the cold hard facts.

We've had manager after manager after manager after manager after manager after manager after manager after manager after manager after manager after manager after manager after manager after manager (is that 15 or so) that's been crap, Grayson excepted.

And crap when we were a big club in lower leagues, so when you say "non league" well they weren't facing Man City.

One miracle worker. So people think we'll just go out and find another. Sure they're all over the place, lightning always strikes twice etc etc

Thing is M j s
I believe sacking the manager would backfire
In the cold light of day who would replace him

We all do things and they don't work out
Then all of a sudden you see wax under your birds wings then all the hard work has payed off
You know then your team is ready

I am against sacking Bielsa for the simple reason the squad is so weak and I don't think it's fair to expect another manager to work with it, Bielsa wants this squad it is his to work with.

I also don't think another manager would be able to do much with this squad.

As Lescott said just now we all expected a change in tactics at half time and the fact Bielsa didn't change is totally wrong and unacceptable. The fact Bielsa didn't change tactics at all is disgusting from a manager point of view.

Stubbornness in that situation isn't admirable its negligence.

We absolutely could go down let's not be naive, we have the 3rd worst defence and have only won 3 of 17.

Arsenal gave him years.

And are finding out the hard way that when you dump one of your greatest, replacing him and throwing hundreds of millions at players, the best days in the new regime might not get near the worst days in the old. They'd dream of a top 4 now.

I don't want him sacked, I want him to succeed. Doing the same thing over and over without success is a little worrying wouldn't you say.

We're in PL now and can attract a better calibre of manager without having to do it on the cheap as before.
