Really hated to meet Brentford in Championship, now we will meet them in PL. Very very solid team, good at set-pieces and the attackers have serious pace.

Indeed they are no mugs, Brentford are a progressive club

Well, apart from the fact that it was the 'same old Arsenal'...I was impressed with Brentford, let's be honest, a better start than our impressive first game defeat at Liverpool last season.....just saying.

Felt the analysis by Carragher and Neville regarding White was interesting.

Talked about how different it is being a cb in a back 4 and a back 3.

How in a back 4 it may negatively impact Whites strengths ( ball playing) and highlight his weaknesses (physicallly and aerial).

Interesting insight and lot of pressure on White who absolutely is not a £50mil player and that probably doesnt help, huge pressure

Arsenal are in a right mess and have been for many seasons now.

Arteta will be on his bike soon, maybe Fwank will be avin a word wif Uncle Arry to get him the job

I'm happier with Koch, Llorente, Struijk and Cooper. White can have fun with Arteta and the next clown that rolls up to manage The Arse

Arsenal fans still having trouble dealing with the reality of being no better than an upper mid table side , and those saying be careful what you wished for with Wenger going etc . I think a lot of bleating from Arsenal fans this season and maybe Artefacts gone by November .Lampard surely does not warrant a job of that status though , maybe Barnet or something ........NOT Arsenal .

You would really prefer to see a couple of obvious candidates for relegation early each season so you are less likely to be a candidate yourself!

May not be so clear this year, especially compared to last season.
