Album of 1984 (Round 3) - RESULT

[1964white]

I'm with Cat on the next poll as he quite rightly points out there'll probably be more participants this time, also maintaining the polls remain in sequence we'll go with 2020 before we step back into the 70's again.

ALBUM OF 2020

[Haighy]

AC-DC Power up

[The Subhuman]

We hd multiple nominations last time, I'd imagine the AOTY won't make the cut this time.

Sevdaliza 'Shabrang' - Another who struggled last time out

[Durly]

OK, on the proviso that it didn't get a nomination last time when I did the end of year poll and presuming that someone will nominate Black Is......I'll go with:

SAULT - Untitled (Rise)

[Muppet the Cat]

The Budos Band 'Long In The Tooth'

[Durly]

The Budos Band 'Long In The Tooth'

This was a proper good find last time around.

[Mountain]

We in Ireland have inflicted some truly awful music on the world, boybands like Westlife and Boyzone, or Glen Hansard, Gavin James and Hozier, all as interesting as 1 week old lettuce. And then there was the "hang our heads in shame" dross like B*witched and the Corrs.

At least there's Roisin Murphy, formerly of Moloko. Brilliant, beautiful and bewitching...I nominate
Roisin Machine

SAULT - Untitled (Rise)

Thought Faaip would go for 'Black Is' mate

[The Subhuman]

Love Black is but had Sevdaliza made the final that would have been my vote...

[SG90]

Think I'll pass. Didn't really listen to enough music from last year.
