Call it a hunch Cat, had a inkling it was French. Paris ? Then thought its be Lyon.
Somewhere I'd love to visit.
France what a beautiful Country.

Is it one of the stadiums built for the 2018 World Cup, in Russia?

Europe, Westgate but you’re the wrong side/end.

Looks to have a retractable roof. Can't be many of those in Europe.
It's not Cardiff Millenium stadium, as that has a river next to it.
I'll guess at Amsterdam Arena.

Given the high bridges to the top left going over to a rocky banking, it can't be Amsterdam. Also red roofs are typical in the mediterranean (and parts of central Europe). Don't know many large mediterranean cities with a river, but Porto springs to mind.

Porto?

 AS Monaco and the Stade Louis II stadium (perhaps the expensive looking yachts and the very blue sea was a giveaway)

Rich - have missed your ticket stub collection - given you seemingly had one for virtually every ground in the domestic league when we went through those grounds last year.

I bet a pre-match pint over there cost you a few bob, even back then :)

You’re not wrong, I seem to remember it working out between £8-£12 per pint depending how close it was to the Marina. Glad we only went for the day with LUFC travel

Yes and it looks like they’re all double sixes !

Don’t think you’ll have a ticket for this ground Rich. I can’t recall us playing them (but we may have done years ago)?

All the docks and those quirky buildings at the top of the image are a dead giveaway.

(I should add I'm uniquely qualified when it comes to this sort of stuff, as I used to interpret aerial imagery for many years as an occupation).

Sounds interesting Lumi.

I’m no great lover of technology as such, but have to say that I think Google Earth is great......and saves the need for many a site visit at work.
