The race was stopped 3 out due to the fatality of Wudyastopasking.

I've been to Plumpton racecourse several times Smudge, it's a tiny course & I assume there was nowhere to go for the oncoming horses.

Yep been there also mate ...so the race was run ... but as voided it is ok to pick another horse in a later race? .... good to know for future reference
