What are you doing today ?

[Muppet the Cat]

Absolutely chucked in down all day/night yesterday in Cardiff, so when I went for my usual cycling 3/4 hour circuit, taking in Bute Park this afternoon the River Taff was in full flow, shooting over The Blackweir

Don't worry Velo

We have Leeds fans who forget to post up their Leeds score even though the Leeds Correct Scorer/Scorer topic is in their face every day

No one has any excuses this season, it's not as the competitions are hidden away

Playing nursemaid to Mrs H....
She had her covid jab yesterday, and is feeling a bit under the weather from it today... Guess I have to cook again today as well.........

[Mountain]

30km run over a few summits...what we in Ireland (and Wales) call mountain running, in England it's fell running...and with wonderful understatement the Scots call it hill running.

Bit longer than the usual outing but knew Friday was gonna be match and cans so there'd be little running yesterday...
