Have to isolate for 2 days now.....
Mrs H had a covid test today, before her major surgery which is due wednesday.....

Good luck both for that Hector ...A month into lockdown Sandi found a lump in her breast for which she had to go for mammogram, she was a lot more worried about going into the hospital riddled with Covid than the possibility of breast cancer where there's enormous probability is the Covid will hardly touch her and the Cancer could kill her after a long illness. And I'm and asthmatic Coeliac

Something wrong when Covid trumps Cancer in this world...She was thinking about not going, I said go, no way you get Covid and Cancer is 500 million times more dangerous. She went and was cleared..

Off work today so decided on the healthy exercise option this morning of getting the bike out for a cycle round Bute Park.
Lying behind Cardiff Castle and across the River Taff from Sophia Gardens (home of Glamorgan CCC) it really is stunning this time of year.
We are lucky to have such a large open space practically in the centre of the city.

Off work today so decided on the healthy exercise option this morning of getting the bike out for a cycle round Bute Park.
Lying behind Cardiff Castle and across the River Taff from Sophia Gardens (home of Glamorgan CCC) it really is stunning this time of year.
We are lucky to have such a large open space practically in the centre of the city.

How many miles did you cycle?

Not sure to be honest, but was out for getting on for a couple of hours, which was more than enough to get the heart rate well and truly pumping, with the long slope up on the return journey

However, I suspect a far more leisurely pace than the likes of Velotrax go
