I was thinking the same. Or A situation where two players go for a header. One breaks the other’s nose with an elbow but VAR shows that the other player had slightly tugged his shirt first. By this interpretation there’s no action to be taken because the shirt pull foul occurred first.

serious foul play is a sending off offence whether the ball is in play or not. Pickford could not have been sent off for professional foul, but he could for serious foul play.

Just watched match of the day playing up the local derby of Crystal Palace v Brighton, how embarrassing to have Brighton as an arch rival, its just plain sad.

Well there is 2 ways to watch villa v leeds.....either on an illegal stream or by paying £15.....anybody stupid enough to pay £15?.....Well me for one

They've made some really good signings, players like Barkley (and James Rodriguez at Everton) are well-suited to their system and so haven't needed any bedding in time. Smartest business I've seen from them in a long while.
