I think you'd be amazed at how some of us pick our horses. Good looking horses and flamboyant silks seems strategically state of the art in contrast

jockeys silks are often associated with certain trainers like Elliot, O'Brien, Pipe, Gosden, and those trainers are associated with a higher percentage of winners. I would not be surprised if you got more winners by looking at the silks rather than the form.
