Too many square balls across the pitch... midfield nowhere... nothing in the final third.

Re: Leeds v Birmingham - Team/Reports/Ratings
A few days ago it was my birthday, I won't tell you my age, but I was a kid on the Kop & Scratching Shed in the Revie days.
My family & friends spent a fortune on LUFC merch for me and I feel embarrassed that they have wasted their hard earned cash.
I am sick of all the false promises that we have had to endure, year after year.
And just when we dare to think that the tide is turning, it does and washes away all our dreams.
This is simply not good enough, Leeds and Proud of it? Well the supporters are as always, but as for the management & players no.
Gone are the days when teams came to Elland Road & dreaded it, if they got out without a mauling they had done well.
No-one fears coming to ER anymore, we are soft & that has to change soon or we will be in big trouble!

Looks a clever player, shame he was dropped by the Tinkerman after a decent debut at Boro'rab_rant wrote:big difference with Botaka on the pitch--- turns his man beautifully

Cookie's worst game of the season although until the subs came on there was no movement around him. One great pass for Botaka to run onto is all i can recallfaaip wrote:Cook is having a stinker.

I read we had 67% possession of the ball today, probably 57% of the ball in our own halfrab_rant wrote:Too many square balls across the pitch... midfield nowhere... nothing in the final third.
Free-kicks taken quickly, passed sideways & then backwards, sideways again, then back to the keeper....FEEBLE !

Another poor result, big players not performing again, midfield needs a shake up but who do we have to come in and make a difference? , so is it the players not performing or is it they can't play the system? only 3 points from the bottom 3, a tough game next against the table toppers, then 2 tricky aways, both are winable to teams in and around the top 6, we're not and may struggle. Things need to change and very quickly.
This was the result I feared today, one that as pumped up the pressure, managers need time but Cellino doesn't give them that, Rosler could be one game away.

I was there too from the 63/64 season mate. ER was always a fortress as you say, now the place is as lethargic as an old people's homeDimboyslim wrote:A few days ago it was my birthday, I won't tell you my age, but I was a kid on the Kop & Scratching Shed in the Revie days.
