3am is far too early for me thesedays, I need my sleep Heidi

I know you sleep on the coach, something I struggled with throughout my away days.

Everybody else was snoring their heads off, whilst I was tired & awake!

I know you sleep on the coach, something I struggled with throughout my away days.

Everybody else was snoring their heads off, whilst I was tired & awake!

I think I'm lucky in that respect but sometimes I do struggle to switch off. Worst was coming back from America as I couldn't sleep despite taking melatonin which normally helps me at home.

I can’t sleep on any form of transport but have a mate who could sleep on a clothes line, the second we get on a plane or train he’s in a coma, he’s great company on a match trip
