Not going to go into it as a business rather just a little extra steady income now that I’ve had to give up working MM. There are very few rental properties around here now & we’ve already had a good few enquiring if we’re selling or renting so fingers crossed we get the right tenant.Musicman1965 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 09, 2026 4:05 pm Hi Cussie, thanks for your input, used to rent out properties and called it a day a few years ago. I couldn't swallow the amount of things that Landlords are expected to do while the tenant seems to be absolved from the responsibility. I could tell you a few stories but I fear the glazed look will send you to sleep. I applaud you for sticking with the renting game, prices are out of control atm, so maybe build in a cushion for that problem tenant. Good luck with your new property when its ready... Get yourself a decent agent and let them get on with the day to day stuff while you sit back...

I didnt want to start a James Trafford thread in case there was one, and i didnt want to comment on this on the match day thread, so i need to get this off my chest.
I will be going to superdrug and buying a darker colour hair bobble for James Trafford
The white one is sooo cringe, its like a 1980s soviet womans bobble.
That Dom Sobz guy from Liverpool has the same, it is really irritating
If you have to have long hair at least have a darker bobble so it doesnt distractingly stand out so much

If in need of a new bobble hat, Superdrug wouldn’t be the first shop to come to mind, although I’d confess to not being familiar with the scope of their retail offer.pandagirl wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2026 10:25 am I didnt want to start a James Trafford thread in case there was one, and i didnt want to comment on this on the match day thread, so i need to get this off my chest.
