The replacement will be interesting.. Byram the safe option, Schmidt the higher ceiling option

Byram picked up an injury whilst putting in an excellent performance at the midweek Luton game. He is a doubt whether he will travel to Blackburn.. We have cover so there should be no problems...

So they weren't rested, just injured. Very bizarre to bring Piroe on with a knock.

Interesting on how DF will set up with the injuries.
Typical just when we had a chance giving Carrick something to think about.
Then the injuries stack up. If Rodon is out and Bijol aswell we could see a back 4 with Ampadu covering.
What a mess, hopefully the reports are wrong and some of the key players make the game.
