Had a poor game week and my ace in the hole was Messi doing unspeakable things to Jordan (the team not the plastic women).

But Messi isn't starting

won't know until the last game has been played this week, but don't forget it's unlimited substitutes this week anyway. So wild card not needed, use another bonus

Not a lot of time to get your subs done. By tomorrow night at 8pm UK, we'll start the last 32. 5 am tomorrow morning the group phase will finish. Giving people 15 hours to get their last 32 teams sorted

Ouch!

Similarly to last night for those who had Haaland in their team.

Don't forget to make your subs before tonights game ..

and use any bonuses you want to. I'm using the qualification bonus, any player on my team who wins their game gets a 2 point bonus

I figure with 16 games that gives me the best chance to make max points from the bonus. That's an opinion though, but last 16 gets harder to predict.

Where is the qualification bonus link?

I can only see the Captain & Twelfth man options

Should be under the lightning bolt sign near the left corner flag on your team sheet

Played the qualification booster.

Everyone should be looking to play a booster before tonight's first match, as there are 5 rounds left and you have 5 boosters.

So, if you don't play them then they are wasted.

I've no clue if this is the best time to play a qualification booster but to me it feels like it's easier to predict winners. I used my wild card week 2 once I realised I'd picked a load of non starters like Cerki

Yeah, I had Cerki too, but just blew a few points on transfers.

They are giving us more transfers in later rounds. I didn't realise they would effectively give us another wildcard now, so probably saved mine for nothing.

I think saving that qualification booster for a later round will be a mistake, as the matches will be tougher and there are usually a couple of bigger sides that flop on the day and get eliminated, so better playing it when the opposition is weaker.

32 teams in the KOs seems crazy to me, and plenty of these teams are just cannon fodder, but they are talking about expanding the WC to 64 teams. It's again turning more into a money making exercise than a football competition.

I'd love the EPL prem to go this way, I just feel like I'm getting the hang of this too late... The substitutions is a great wrinkle

15 from 2 players for me, I've subbed out Vini Jr... as that's not the scoring I want from my captain

Good week for Cowboy Dan who led the scoring and took the lead with his 135 points. Happy with my 122 pts.

64 was third with 117

I'm sure 64 can post the table this week, not sure how to do that

Last 16 starts today so you have until 6pm tonight UK time to get your teams sorted. You get 4 free transfers. I'm sure you all understand the boosters now so you can all go your own way.
