The utterly stupid pillocks that ride around on their bikes and e-scooters dressed completely or almostly completely in dark clothing at night with no lights or reflectors on whatever they are on. Not their problem if they get hit by a vehicle or they hit some pedestrian. The really shocking ones are the food delivery riders trying to earn a buck but risking thie lives for the want of spending a few quid on lights to keep them safer!
Keep The Faith MOT WAL Never mind, it'll all come out in the wash............
Can someone explain how this is possible when I have 30 cables at the back of my tv and they can’t even make a plastic tab on food packaging that tears off

1/2 inch of snow & the country shuts down
All these novice drivers who do not have a Scooby of how to drive on a flurry of snow with a thin sheen of ice under which they have no thought might just be there considering the temperatures.........

Goes back to my post on the General Chat thread.
Many people have no common-sense any more!
I was stopped and pulled over on Thursday night at 1AM coming back from the family thing. Apparently I was driving too slowly on a duel carriageway I know really well. It was zero degrees. roads looked wet, I was doing 50 on a 70 speed limit. Plus I wasn't in a rush... My first ever breathalyser... Not had a drink for 2 months so blew zero..
TBF The police were very nice, almost apologetic, especially when I explained I didn't want to risk spinning out on possible ice (I've seen it a few times on that road) .. But they thought, new years day, driving too cautiously must have had a drink or three..

I have a zero limit alcohol to driving policy. If I drink I won't drive that day. I once got called to my mums as she blew a fuse. I'd had a couple of beers so I walked the 3 to 4 miles with a small tool box
I don't like taxis, they don't like me..

That's probably an age thing mate
Honestly, you would struggle with them mate
Tesco used to have green tops, now they have a transparent lid, with extremely sharp edges, which requires a cloth to twist the top off, of course it doesn't move easily, hence taking a hammer & pliers to the damn bottle.

There's something called the Squidgy thing which is great at removing lids. Can also use it for washing up etc

I have seen drivers step on the brake and lock up the wheels on sheet ice... the car has so much momentum but it just slides on with no control.
