There doesn't seem to be any pride in supporting your club through thick and thin anymore, just angry people who can't seem to handle not getting what they want.

During our relegation season the fans turned on the team after the defeat at Bournemouth (when we still had a chance of staying up) and now it seems some are doing the same again by booing Farke yesterday. There were also reports of supporter dissent towards the players at ER after the draw with Swansea last week.

There were some boos behind me at the Swansea game.

I have never, and will never, boo my team or manager. Achieves absolutely nothing, in my opinion.

There are still 1000's of us fans whom keep our cool through thick & thin. I have never left the ground until after the final whistle is blown. It takes so long to exit the kop, I witness the players/Farke's appreciation towards our fans at every game.

I tend to remain quiet with my disappointment at the end of games. We always get the idiots who shout abuse to the players & the coach. A pointless action!

The fan base has been fragmented ever since Bielsa left.

Personally I think managers unite fans.

Fans like a manager, like what they see on the pitch, then fans tend to pull together.

Bielsa was probably the last manager who did that in the main.

Yes but it now seems that only success on the field will unite the fans.

Bielsa was considered by some as collateral damage worth incurring to try and maintain PL status whereas the purists amongst us would have rather played Championship, L1 or anywhere for that matter with Marcelo as our leader.

You reap what you sow and we now have a manager with 4 losses all season who can't do right for doing wrong amongst a large part of the fanbase.

Ultimately football has always been a results business.

Yes the experience, the day out with mates and all that will sustain a mood for a while but ultimately its all geared to hoping for success eventually.

And at a historically successful club will always be the hope for reliving the glory days.

Winning titles, winning cups, big games abroad at big stadiums.

True but kind of shows how ridiculous it all is really. Especially as the chances of us as a club having any really meaningful success in the next 20 years or so is remote to say the least. Plus I may as well have said a hundred years as the prospects aren't exactly great looking even further ahead. It doesn't seem make any difference though as even clubs who've never won a thing still continually sack their managers in the search for betterment that leads them ultimately nowhere.

I haven’t done MOTM etc as I didn’t watch the game for once, after Swansea I needed a bit of a football detox as I was so disappointed, and we’re away in the van this week, hence my limited engagement on here.

Strangely, I’m more optimistic now even though we dropped points yesterday and have a game less in which to manage the situation.

Boo, applaud, whinge or cheer, not one of us can affect the season’s outcome now, so it’s a case of holding on tight and seeing where we end up.

Who's to say we will be as good a watch next season if things don't go to plan?

I’ve voiced the same sentiment in seasons gone David, but the baseline reality now is that to maintain our current standing long term we need to get promoted - even if we come down again in 12 months it will have refreshed the coffers and allow us to regroup and go again.

The hope that owners with deeper pockets than we have known previously will keep us up is yet to be tested.

If we fail to get up, it’s a downward spiral where staying in the Championship is a result, and with a club stripped of it’s best players, as you suggest.

Being a yo-yo club for a few years is not the worst potential scenario facing Leeds at the present moment.

You can't tread water, you either have to improve or go backwards but we've not been as good a watch this season as we were last for me, we've lost the flair players and replaced them with solid har working players. Ramazani is probably the only flair player at the club and he can't get minutes.
