It's a one off FA Cup game.
There is a huge gulf even between the top of the Championship and the bottom, never mind the other leagues.

Harrogate have done well
Been unlucky at times, defended well generally, been close to a chance or two quite a few times.
Should have had a pen.

In a one of game any team can setup to frustrate another, we've been on the receiving end of that plenty of times.
But that doesn't extrapolate into 'there isn't much difference between the top of the Championship and the bottom of League Two'.
