Apparently, Rutter threw his shirt into the crowd. It's been thrown back and is currently staying near one of the goal posts.

Anger, frustration and disappointment aside, we really didn't deserve to stay up

So now use the opportunity to reset and rebuild. But everybody who stays and whoever arrives, must want to be there.
