Just an idea but maybe as we seem to operate a one in and one out policy we should have t0 name the player of ours who goes the other way in return.

So you can have Lewis Hall for example but then you have to give then Gudmundsson in exchange (plus cash probably).

My pick was Miley...and in return they can have Gruev plus a fair bit of cash.

As I said, just an idea.
