Leeds to retain Stuart Dallas' services
During a recent Supporter Advisory Board meeting, Leeds Utd retaining his services, but not as a player! Chief Executive Angus Kinnear revealed the club were in talks with Stuart Dallas regarding staying on at the club. The 33 year old retired from professional football last month, two years after breaking his leg against Manchester City. Subsequent knee issues made it impossible for the former Northern Ireland International to return to action, and called time on his nine year Elland Road career, two caps short of his 250th appearance for the Whites!
Kinnear wasn't clear on what the club had lined up for Stuey, but it would make sense that with his experience, both as a mentor for the youngsters and as a player himself, a coaching role at Thorp Arch would make sense.
