When was the last time we won 8 consecutive league games? 🤔 We won 10 in a row in 99/00, but that included European games too.

The last angle is the one that makes it look like he intends to do it. I agree otherwise

Even if it was a lucky touch his anticipation/reaction is far too quick for the CB. And scuffed shot, who cares I love scuffed shots that nestle in the corner of the net.

But he tries to shape up like he's gonna bring that under control but toes it forward, now if you mean he meant to do that, well, that's Messi play that is.

And no he didn't.

Watched it a few times, he certainly doesn't try to bring it down, he's always intending to knock it past the defender.

Morgan Whittaker has scored 17 goals for Plymouth this season, he had one shot late on in the fourth game we played against the Pilgrims.

Have we found a free-kick specialist in Dan James, brilliant strike against the bar?

Or was it a one-off?

Made me think that.

When did we last score a direct free kick?

Can't have been Raphinha surely?

They've all had a go

Rodrigo, Aaronson, Harrison, Roca, Gruev, Firpo, Bamford, Piroe, Summerville, James, Anthony

Phillips v West Brom in May 2021 is the last I remember. Not sure if Raph has scored since then? 🤔

Don’t know about you, but when we get a free kick on the edge of the box at the KOP end (obviously it’s usually the second half we play that way) I just know nothing is going to happen.

Summerville would have taken it if on the pitch.

I thought that for years Kev, I don't get excited about free-kicks/corners any more.

5 games in 15 days, 4 of them away & we've won all five.

I've stopped dreaming of runs like this, now it's finally come true, chuffed to buggery

I remember dreading that run when it was coming up, and to think we won them all. We've also got 4 games in 9 days coming up from Chelski to the Wendies.
