Aaronsen seems a different player since he came back from the World Cup where he saw very little game time.

Was one of our best players in the early part of the season.
No reason why he can't replicate that and find some form.

With the new acquisitions and players returning from injury, he is in a scrap to get a starting position which is the way it should be.

I believe Aaronson just needs more time than some of the other new players to adapt to the Premier League. His lightweight build as many say doesn't help him at this level but if he bulks up a bit and learns quickly he has a lot of talent and will get better.
A spell on the bench wouldnt do him any harm at all.

It's less his weight/size. More contact balance, something we American FFers are always talking up regarding running backs and slot receivers.. It's a tough one to fix, bulking up doesn't usually work as you forfeit speed and suddenness...

A pal of mine has a former colleague who is stats mad. So much so that he jacked in his job and set up a sports stats agency. He admits that sometimes they throw trash stats in to see which lazy reporters/commentators fall into the trap. It’s his version of bullshit bingo.

That’s a great book (Pretty Horses) but very different to Blood Meridian.
Yes read all of his, especially Child of God & Outer Dark.
AQOTWF was really good. The film deviates a fair bit in hindsight.
