Wasn't sure where this should go but just thinking.
Remembering how important Klich was for Bielsa with his runs helping to make overloads and give us a numerical advantage in attacking areas (not to mention his goals and creativity).
Vrancic did the same for Norwich.
Summerville gets doubled up on, Rutter gets doubled up on, then bar great skill it's good night Vienna and pass back to Ampadu and pass pass pass for another 20 minutes.
Why aren't we allowing one of our cms (Gray most likely) to play more box to box?
Giving us the potential of a numerical advantage in dangerous areas and an option to play faster 1 touch football to get a chance perhaps?
It's all just very slow and safe and meh as a style.
DF seems to have got more cautious as a manager as the seasons went by.

I was disappointed with Archie yesterday. Thought he'd give us a bit more spark up front. But we just got a carbon copy of Kamara.
I thought it was inexperience. Maybe he doesn't know how to find the right positions yet. Maybe he doesn't know his role. Maybe he's afraid of doing the wrong thing.
But it could also be Farke too who instructed him to stand there like a pillar box and play the Kamara role.

It was Farke I'd assume?
He and Kamara playing the same role the same way suggests tactical instructions to me.
We play 2 holding midfielders for some reason

He's hit the wall.. 22/23 yr old rookies in American Football hit the wall more often or not so it's not surprising a 17/18 yr old in his first full season has done the same ... How many games has he played?

Archie has hit the wall
If thats the case then we must have the worst team of medical people in the whole of football. These guys monitor Archie and all the other players to the absolute death and yet they seem to say to Farke he is ok and fit to keep playing.
Maybe Archie is a robot and runs on Duracell batteries
Not sure what some people are expecting from Archie. He's 18 and showed more often than not what a great player he is going to be.
Relying him on him to be the piece in the jigsaw we have been missing, to dominate the midfield and create chance after chance. Just not going to happen at this stage in his career. Felt it was the wrong descision to plan him in the middle last night, against Boro I get it but not last night, too much on young shoulders.
