Re: Today's Games
Southampton forum suggests they did a reverse Leicester.
Had tons of chances but didn't take them, Cardiff took chances and had lots of luck.
Then Martin made subs and made them worse and cost them the game.

All over, 2-1 Cardiff.

Re: Today's Games
16 minutes extra time... Stuart Armstong off injured down to 10 men since Martin had made all his subs

One thing about putting too much emphasis on other results is actually getting your own. Todays thought…
Ipswich won’t fade. As predicted.
Re: Today's Games
Have to cheer on Leicester v Saints now.
We play Saints 2nd XI.

Re: Today's Games
Cardiff have beaten Ipswich & the Saints in the final minutes of their games.

21 shots on target.
Not a great return
Then they concede to a deflection

Citeh v Chelsea, great game
Re: Today's Games
Haaland not in the squad, that's why the big man was withdrawn against Real Madrid.

Re: Today's Games
If anyone hasn't noticed, my 2nd team, Donny Rovers have done brilliantly since Christmas, They were literally hovering around the relegation zone. They've been the form team in the division ever since. Today they continued the run beating 6th place Barrow.
Now they sit one place off the playoffs, level on points and with a game in hand. My mate who goes to all the games insisted on not looking beyond the bottom two spots, even as recently as 4 weeks ago. Now the playoffs are looking very real.

Clear handball by Grealish. Arm away from his body and moves it to the ball to knock it away.
Ref and var give nothing and to rub salt in the wound it's given as a goal kick. That's dreadful officiating.

Jackson is hopeless, how much did Chelsea pay for him?White Riot wrote: ↑Sat Apr 20, 2024 5:41 pm That Nicholas Jackson is the main reason Chelsea haven't scored. Awful striker, as bad as Bamford.

It was always on the cards that the BBC would hand Lampard a job.
