Southampton fans had written themselves off for autos, just shows you should never stop believing - unless you are a Leeds fan

I am not saying we are lacking in this department, every team is losing games or having poor / mixed results who have something to lose. Simply too variables to apply any logic.
The play-offs might actually suit us. We wouldn't need to force the issue so could look to play our way, controlling possession and not taking too many risks. The biggest problem for us, and it has heightened recently, has been the seeming need to win every match. Like some have pointed out we may have been better by not trying to force the winner against Blackburn and simply played for the win whilst not risking the draw.

In the play-offs we can simply look to dictate the game, frustrate the opposition, it doesn't matter if they time waste when it's 0-0, and simply keep probing for an opening. The only concern would be the thought of the matches going to penalties but I would hope that we'd be able to score at least 1 goal in the 180 minutes (or would it be 210 minutes) of the 2 legged semi and also in the 120 minutes of the final.

Man City losing at home to RM .... would be too much to ask they win nothing this year

Citeh will win the PL & FA Cup & probably the treble if they beat Real Madrid.

Is anybody watching this Citeh game / If so can you see how hard it is these days to break thru a low block, and how open you are to the break because of committed players

Just look at the line of block of Madrid defense and Citeh trying to pass it about to break thru it, obviously these players are a higher standard, but it is no different to what teams have been doing to DF and his plans of attack.

He has got us playing decent football, and a credit to him that oppos are giving him so much respect.

Citeh are struggling like fck now to break thru it, and some individual brilliance will probably separate the teams, and it could go either way coz of the quality of Real on the break

Cited emulating Leeds in being able to break through the low block.

Trying to walk it in with three minutes of ET remaining.

Just discussing that with Mr Swan. Leeds aren't the only team to suffer the low block

Pep does a wonder substitution - takes off two of his best penalty takers in Haaland and DeBruyner. Kinda got what he deserves.

They play each other in the semi now.

Pissed off there's no English team now left in.

So there we have, how to ruin football, perform a low block.

Yet only a couple of weeks ago we were entertained by Liverpool v Citeh going hammer and tong against each other in an enthralling match.

Yet the no nowt boring bastards will say the low block wins, and slag the manager, knocks me sick

Bayern play Real

I don't find any of the PL clubs likeable, so not arsed when they lose in Europe. Hopefully it will tone down the arrogance of the PL too.

Hopefully Dortmund win it, but it seems unlikely.

It's amazing how overrated Fraudiola is. Spent £1.5bn to win one UCL, and that was due to last season being very weak. Another other manager would be called up on it, but the media just fawn over him.

Obviously, Pep is a zillion miles ahead of me when it comes to football, but taking off Haaland and KDB then allowing your keeper to take a penalty is absolutely bonkers.
