On the header next to my user name is the envelope to indicate I have a message but the indicator is showing -1, I've cleared my in box even though it wasn't full but it is still there. I've done the IT Crowd thing and switched off and on again.
Any help?

I had a similar problem about a year ago, the problem appears to have rectified itself
