Go back to page one mc, I'm bigging up Chivas Regal. I have a bottle in my cupboard right now
I read a Wilbur Smith novel when I worked in the Middle East over 35 years ago and Chivas Regal came up. I was intrigued so on my holiday to Hong Kong few weeks later I sat looking over Kowloon Harbour with a CR and was hooked. It's not a malt but delicious.

By the way, I found Laphroag through a Dick Francis novel.
