Geo is the player we'd miss most I suspect closely followed by Summerville. For me it's the former that's our player of the season so far that's including my Summerville bias... We all have them.

Leeds United's last six penalty goals have all been scored by different players (Raphinha, Klich, Rodrigo, Piroe, Summerville, Struijk), the longest such run since the early 1960s (Johanneson, Mayers, Charlton, Collins, Bremner, Bell, Giles).

The first time since 1948, Leeds have fielded three different goalkeepers in consecutive games.

Leeds United have won three consecutive matches by three or more goals without conceding for the first time since October 1967 under Don Revie (9-0 vs Spora Luxembourg, 7-0 vs Chelsea, 3-0 vs Bury). Amazing start to 2024

I was at that Spora Luxembourg match.

We beat them 9-0 in the away first-leg.

73/74, sadly I can remember those times :cry:

That is a great stat. DF has talked about making ER a fortress - it could be a valuable weapon come April, May.
Thanks Ash.

I have a stats challenge for you Ash.

My theory is we are only 3rd or 4th (and not 1st or 2nd) because of the shitshow at the start of the season sorting out ownership, player tantrums and appointing a manager.

So what is the points distribution over time for the top 4.

We have thumped Ipswich and beat Leicester at home. We fell asleep at Soton - one of those early games.
My point is - supported by your other stats - we are a lot better than our place in the standings.

I did post an adjustable league table here a while ago where you could go back however many games you want...blowed if I can find it now. Think it was on an Ipswich site

Leeds United
@LUFC
1️⃣8️⃣ games unbeaten at home! The first time we have achieved the feat in a season since Don Revie’s 1973/74 side! #Fortress

A fantastic feat from Farke & his players to compared with that immense stat from the glorious Revie-era.

We've only won 8 league games in a row once before, that was in 1931-1932 when we won 9 games in a row. We finished 2nd in Division Two that season, winning promotion! On that run we beat;

Bristol City
Oldham Athletic
Bury
Wolves
Charlton Athletic
Stoke City
Manchester United
Preston North End
Burnley

Can we equal that record against Leicester City on Friday?
