Won't answer yet but Bielsa does need to be judged on the present not the past

It seems to be time for the phrase "system problem". It's popped up in 5 or 6 posts from different posters today!

That's another problem Orta's horrendous recruitment. He's hidden behind Bielsa for 4 years.Scoobychief wrote: ↑Sat Dec 18, 2021 6:42 pm It seems to me that bielsa doesn't have a voice when it comes to transfers. It's orta the otter pulling the strings. We'll that may have been his nail in the coffin.

Re: Is it time?
I think this is more relevant , when Orta was chasing and losing players , next to no recruitment in the places needed took place .Well , another window is coming up and Orta is going to try his magic in the transfer window , the problem is it's Tommy Cooper magic where all the tricks go wrong , he will pull a rabbit out of the hat and it will turn out to be a mouse .
No club had done Bielsaball for 4 years , these poor buggers look completely drained , no confidence , physically and mentally shot to bits , it's the downside of 4 years of Bielsaball .A bigger , better pool of first team players would alleviate a bit of stress and pressure on the players , maybe give some a much needed rest. Let's not forget Phillips has had near no rest what with international duty in Euro's and others too . I still think Bielsa is the one for the job but he needs to see the need for more players to share the workload and do some rotation to avoid more burnout , it's no coincidence that so many of the usual starters are injured. Just surprised Forshaw has lasted a few games , good for him though .

Me too, but Bielsa is refusing to sign players.CHAPELALLMAN wrote: ↑Sat Dec 18, 2021 7:10 pm Didn't Orta get Middlesbrough relegated ?
I would sooner he went than Bielsa TBH.

They ought to (Orta?CHAPELALLMAN wrote: ↑Sat Dec 18, 2021 7:13 pm And it still doesn't get rid of the problems of square pegs in round holes, the brutal overtraining methods and the man to man marking against the top teams. Maybe both should go.

Who is available out there anyway ? Any suggestions ? I'm not too up on this.
Maybe bring David O'Leary out of retirement - he's still relatively youngish...

Something needs to be done, we are still in with a chance if they make the correct decisions but honestly I can’t see them spending or changing manager it’s not what Radz does..........

More importantly would anyone want it, because I don't think anyone gets a tune out of what's available.

This isa tough run no doubt, but let's see if we can get a win against either Villa or Burnley. If we fail to get a win then surely we have to part ways, bring someone else in. No harm trying a Woodgate or Nuno or an unkonwn young hotshot from mainland Europe, cause this is becoming a joke now.

So what do Radz/49ers want? Time for them to put the money where their mouth is.
