At least we can now focus on the excitement of a long drawn out relegation battle.

We'll panic buy O'Brien for £20m or something. Apparently there's no midfielders that are better than Klich, Dallas and Forshaw.

It's been noticeable a lot lately, the lack of creativity is huge. Not entirely sure exactly where the problem lies, maybe across a number of positions, but we just aren't creating many chances

To late by January.

It's noticeable that we have nothing midfield creatively.

Centrally it is barren.

I think bielsa thinks you don't need to win in midfield so long as you have loads and loads of wingers

We looked ok Saturday but generally we are unrecognisable from the team we have all loved watching the last few years - the only hope is that if we can get a fully fit squad things start to click again.

Not being funny but there’s nobody to thread the ball to. We miss Paddy big time.

Indeed.

It just really struck me late on when the defence had the ball.

The centre circle was empty, a huge space in the middle of 4 Arsenal players for a creative midfielder to come and receive the ball.

Where a Kevin De Bruyne would appear for City in the same situation or Pablo for us in the past.

It just really struck me then

Mate, you are endlessly negative lately. What have you got to say in support of our players and manager?

Bielsa signs players because of off the ball skills, James is the most obvious one yet.

Nobody prioritises off the ball skills in attacking players, it's a ludicrous philosophy.

Not Klopp not Pep, yes they want runners but you can teach a player to be fitter and run more, you can't coach an end product.

Good post. We need a settled squad which we haven't had all season yet. Makes a difference.

I also don't think Klich is fit, I am absolutely convinced he is carrying an injury as he often is because of being overplayed.
