I could do with a high scoring game tomorrow between the Foxes and the Hammers with both Vardy and Benrahma filling their boots

Especially as Roy has 'Raced' into a nice early lead ;-)

He was impressive against Arsenal, would have been interesting to see how Ben White fared against him. Cooper vs him makes me nervous

Hopefully we have our international CB's in place by the time we play Chelsea in December.

How do you change the formation of your team & also ensure they are in the correct order to be in the first XI?

I still have Benrahma and Kasper to go, hoping to close that gap a little

That'll be me then :P

I usually start crap in FPL each year, tinkering too much and costing myself points, but usually finishing strong toward the season's end. This year I'm going for a hands-off approach picking definite starters for their teams and sticking with them, with able backups on the bench (Foster excluded whom I thought was #1 for his team. Needs sorting as rotating keepers is always a good strategy).

In the pick team, you substitute the players in and out to create the formation (use the arrows in the corner of the players avatar). The software will guide you if you try to make an "illegal" formation. But essentially you need a minimum of 3 defenders and a keeper to start...from there it is quite simple to move players around. The formations are more old school, so things like 3-5-2, or 4-4-2, 4-4-3, 4-5-1 are allowed, but nothing funky like 4-1-4-1 such as MB employs.

To change the bench order, just use the arrows in the corners to change their priority in coming on should the player in the first XI not play in the whole 90 minutes. It will auto pick the player based on the legality of the formation you employed (sometimes changing the formation to suit the players available). So in a 3-5-2, if one of your defenders doesn't play, then it will pick the first defender on the bench as there must be 3 defenders. However, in a 4-4-2 and one of your defenders does not play, if you have a midfielder as the first sub, they will be auto picked instead and the formation changed to a 3-5-2. It's an important strategy to think how this may play out in a game. Sounds complicated but is easy once you're used to it.

Last point is, make sure your captain and vice captain are always in your starting XI. You can change the captain and vice captain each week.

I'm gonna assume your Roy Race and not Chadders ... always good to get a user name put to a fantasy team
