It's funny how a few jobs are up for grabs now ( Palace , WBA , Wolves , Spurs ) and barring Spurs who I think the Wolves current /leaving is favourite , the same names seem to crop up for any job going , lazy journalism or just a total lack of ambition from some clubs ? It's Wilder , Lampard , Howe up for all these jobs with Allardyce and Hodgson mooted for any lower key job . Why is it always the same managers - I was going to say failed managers but probably unfair as they are bought in to do a specific job in steady a sinking ship . I know it's a cliche , but it is a bloody Merry go round of the same people .

Definitely Dan, serious contenders for relegation.
Such an unambitious and dull link this but given Phil Hay has hinted that this may be our midfield target i guess we have to discuss it.
No way to spin this for me, had hoped for someone far more ambitious.
Second issue is its a straight loan with no hope of a permanent clause (Chelsea refuse to sell) I hate straight loans, cant for the life of me think why we would be willing to do that.
Finally, he aint that good, WBA fans didnt rate him at all and personally never been that impressed.

Fairly sure Angus Kinnear said somewhere that after the Ben White saga we would never do a straight loan again?
Dont want to be that guy but i find it really hard to believe that Gallagher is the best player we could find for a key position.
Is the JKA case having an impact? The club would never come out and say that but this deal makes no sense to me and screams of cheap temporary solution which i had hoped we left behind when promoted.
