I know Velo, it's sickening mate

The officials dictated & spoilt the whole game, reminded me of the Revie-era when we were running rings around the opposition only to be denied by some no-mark of a referee

And isn't he supposed to be one of the best we've got.
Players don't make things easy for refs with their antics and the pace of the game as to make things difficult but it's the things they supposedly miss that's right in front of their eyes that's so annoying. VAR is a complete shambles, these new rules too, all making for frustration for fans.

Pickford is part of the 'establishment' mate, just like Roy Keene when he crocked Alfie, jobs for the boys

No one can tell me this should be ignored... Ferkin Linesman in line and looking right at it too... Not even a sliding tackle, the man is airborne going in Roy Keane would have been proud of this one... this league needs to get a grip with VAR if they are going to continue to use it as much as they do... minimum 10 game ban IMO

Just switched on to the Blunts v Fulham game

Cottagers keeper being kept busy, McBurnnie should have scored from his heading opportunity, now he's missed another one.....championship striker!

Fulham defence all over the place, no change there!

I can understand that the penalty can't be given for offside.
But how does pie-eater Pickford get away with that assault, it's a replica of Cuntona kung-fuing that yob in the crowd and as I remember Le Philosopheur got a lengthy ban for that.
Pickford didn't even look ashamed for what he'd done, we're forty odd years on since stuff like that was acceptable in the 70s.
Shame for VVD and LFC.
On the flip side Koch gave away a penalty when the ball ricocheted up against his arm and we see penalties given every week when an attacker taps his foot against an opponent and goes down like a bag of shite.
Fat boy Pickford should get banned for the rest of the season, the man tits arsehole.

andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Sun Oct 18, 2020 7:20 am It's tough to say on this one. If a linesman calls for offside, the play stops and the foul never happens. But ... we see plenty of situations of a ball going out for a throw, followed by a bad tackle, and the player gets sent off.
I was thinking the same. Or A situation where two players go for a header. One breaks the other’s nose with an elbow but VAR shows that the other player had slightly tugged his shirt first. By this interpretation there’s no action to be taken because the shirt pull foul occurred first.

It's a good thing Sheffield United and Fulham play each other twice this year. It guarantees that one of them, at least, will earn a couple of points.

Sheffield United's success was built on a solid defence and the tactical skill of Wilder.

Losing Henderson was massive imo and with O'Connoll out to now i can see them going down.

They dont score enough and that solid defence lost its most impressive player.

Billy Sharp scores from the spot after the clumsy Mitrovic gives away a penalty

Mitrovic no longer a match winner it would seem

Wonderful work from Lookman crossing the ball straight onto Mitrovic's head & the donkey heads it wide  and another one misses the target
