well acording to sky sports a fee has been agreed with valencia and medical passed,BUT the player himself hasn't agreed on personal terms yet, so this could go down the pan, meanwhile chelsea throwing money away like litter, batshuavi has n future apparently at chelsea and with all those players chelsea have been lonked with it will not be suprising to see the striker leave, now i would rather we signed batshuayi than rodigo for several reason. we defo would miss out on this chelsea striker i fear/

Maybe depends on how 'Bielsa-ready' the player already is. Given his level, style and experience I doubt we'll wait too long to see him. Interesting to see if we get Rod and Pat together with Rod in the 10.

True enough, but Bielsa is a hard task-master.

Given that we saw Pablo coming off the bench a fair bit after the season resumption, maybe that is the plan. Start both Rodrigo and Bamford (with Rodrigo at 10) and then bring on Pablo and push Rodrigo forward.

Guess we'll wait and see.

Really hoping for Rodrigo to play the 9, Pablo deserves to start for a while longer yet an my guess is he wants to..Won't be happy with scraps off the bench

Really? seemed to come in straight away. Just checked and it was 9 days after signing which means he probably missed the first game to get acclimatized and played his second possible game. I'd call that straight into the line up tbh
