Leeds v Donny - Team/Reports/Ratings
Right we need to change things although our bottleless, inept, clueless manager is the major problem
Is Peltier still at the club as he is not in the squad of players on the O/S ?
Team for Donny
Butland
Wootton Zaliukas Peltier Warnock
Murphy Brown Dawson Tonge
Smith McCormack
Subs : Cairns, Pearce, Byram, Mowatt, Poleon, Walters, Stewart

for the third week in a row..no. I'm not a fan, poor captain, selfish, upsets any chance at balance in the team...would make an a good impact player off the bench.
that's only opinion of course but I've seen it so many times before....

What a stupid remark lets leave McCormack out the league,s top scorer who else have we who can get us goals nobody Smith is nowhere near a proven goalscorer.

Smith is joint 16th highest scorer in the championship - which is commendable given the lack of playing time.eastyorkshirewhite wrote:What a stupid remark lets leave McCormack out the league,s top scorer who else have we who can get us goals nobody Smith is nowhere near a proven goalscorer.
stats
He has scored more league goals than the top scorers of Forest, Doncaster, Birmingham to name but 3.

cheers I will own the stupid tag as applied. not changing my mind though.
I believe in 4-5-1 and Smith (as good a scorer) fits the system better...I said at the start of the season forcing ross into the system would be at the expense of the rest of the team...

Smith hasn't played anywhere near as many full matches as McCormack too !Guildford White wrote:

Them stats regarding McCormack don't mean a thing because he is in top form at the moment you could call it his purple patch and no way could he be left out of the team.

Re: Leeds v Donny - Team/Reports/Ratings
We're shipping goals so let's drop the leading scorer....
In Smith and McCormack we have 2 strikers both in decent form. Both under contract and both that we can keep unless we get really decent offers for. Do we
a) Try to get the partnership to work even better by playing them together
b) Drop the league's leading scorer putting all the responsibility of scoring more goals than we concede on Smith. Also at the same time that we are in big debt effectively reducing the value of our no.1 asset and making it more likely that he would want to leave, leading him to put in a transfer request with the effect of lowering his transfer fee even more.
Well I don't know which to pick

Hearing that Showsec, who provide stewards at ER have pulled out. Big risk game will be off due to security regulations not being met.

Here goes as I organise the Wolds Flyer & ferry our fans to ER once again
God knows what the players are gonna chuck at us today.... they have dished out plenty of rubbish all season, now they are not getting paid their full quota they are probably totally demotivated now !
I suspect this is a really good time for other clubs to play Leeds
