Ideal line up opinions.

Post by JACKtheKNIGHT »

Sorry upfront if i have been lazy and lot looked for a similar thread but having seen the debate on how good Austin is at the MINUTE! (Form is Temporary class is permanent). Just thought it would be fun to see peoples opinion on who should be playing in there line ups? Mine is as follows assuming everyone is fit!

...........................Kenny................................
Byron............Lees............Pelts...............Wornock
Green..........Tongue.........Barkley...................Hall
...............McCormack.......Morrison.....................
SUBS
Ashdown
White
Pearce
Austin
Varney
Haribo
Diouf
SQUAD
Brown
Norris
Somma
Dawson
Polion

Still think Hall could do with a run he had a great game against Huddersfield not sure ive really seen him play that bad :duno:

I think Leeds line up with a 4-4-2 without the ball and switch to a 4-3-3 with the ball with douche becoming playmaker, behind the two front men.
As it sits that squad aint going to win anything with its one dimensional appraoch.
I wouldnt like to have to pick a team at the moment.
How we played against baaadif...

I mean really, what have baadif got that we dont?
WE''RE LEEDS UNITED, WE''LL NEVER BE DEFEATED!

Paul Green was warnobs best signing.
If you disagree please send me a PM so we can get in to a fight.

More Points?????

Hoped it would just be a little fun to know who thinks who should or not be playing, My pet hate at the min is White IMO if he hadn't of come through the ranks and Colin would have bought him they would both be getting crucified. His only attribute is his pace for me  Looking forward to seeing Steven Warnock play.

To be honest it winds me up that our fans don't know the players' names too, so many people still refer to Austin as Rudolph and Byram as Byrom/Byrum... Habibou is an odd name, but it's not so hard to spell (or even copy and paste) that people should call him Haribo!

Dont worry about it mate i wont bother again, Set of moaning boring 2wats all i did was start a thread for a bit of fun now im a c@nt because i made an innocent spelling mistake? Maybe i should hang my head in shame and hand my season ticket over eh? The amount of times companies and even LEEDS UNITED have misspelled my surname on a letter is unbelievable and i PAY THEM MONEY. This is me signing off and joining the band wagon of people too pissed off with this site and its spelling/Grammar police!

Wow, I think this forum needs to calm down a tad, people jumping a the chance to get in a moral outrage in every other thread!

My line-up would be a 5-2-2-1 in defence moving to 3-1-4-2 in attack:

----------------Kenny---------------
--------Peltier-Lees-Pearce-------
Byram------------------------White
-------Austin-Brown/Green-------
--------Diouf-------McCormack---
--------------Morison--------------

When attacking Byram and White would get forward, with one of the CM's holding back as cover and the other pushing on to assist Diouf behind Morison and Macca.

Eh? Has someone deleted a post here? Where exactly have the spelling/grammar police turned up and why do people seem to be complete over reacting to it?

He has got a point though.

Byron was more attack minded although further hampered by the game not actually being invented when he died. Alfred, Lord Tennyson, however, was a mean defensive general.

Right. Ok. So where exactly has he criticised anyone's spelling? It was blatantly a joke. Calm down people!

Whereas Coleridge was as idle as a painted player upon a painted pitch.

I'm not sure a diet based on Honeydew and Milk of Paradise fulfils what is generally considered appropriate for the professional sportsman of yesteryear.

Well in response to GW's joke/Jacktheknight's response I said it was a bit irritating that people consistently spell our players' names wrongly.
