Has anyone got a copy of the Derby game?

Post by CardiffWhite »

I know most people won't want to keep this one, but as it was my son's first, it would still be good to have a copy for future years. Someone at work attempted to record it for me, but the DVD appears to have been scratched and is missing the last 20 minutes of the match. Would anyone be able to do me a favour and send me a copy? I'd cover any costs of course. Thanks!

I'll see what I can do, have it recorded but not sure I've got the end of the game, signal has a habit of breaking up when it rains.

I can make a copy for you (I should be able to - I haven't checked my hard drive). But our coverage here is just the game itself and none of the pre-match, half time and post-match discussions. If no-one else can do it for you - PM me your address.

Thanks to you both. Shields53 - would be good if you can see if you've got a full copy, if not, perhaps Harry could send me a copy? I can send you cash / postal-order or perhaps paypal to cover costs. Much appreciated - thanks!

Full game now available on LUTV! £4.99 for a month's subscription will probs be less than the postage if someone sends you a DVD by surface mail?
You can burn it yourself then, for posterity...

I don't believe I can get LUTV as I'm on Linux. Is it the same quality as broadcast TV?

That's a shame, but thanks for checking.

Does anyone else have a copy? If not, perhaps Harry could help? I'll cover any costs of course. Sorry to make such a fuss, but it would be great to have a complete copy. Like I said earlier, I thought I had it in the bag, but it turned out to be a corrupted recording in the second half due to a scratch on the DVD.

Just as good as mate..superb quality - plus its with Leeds commentary not the BBC and 4 camera angles.
You can watch LUTV on Linux for sure...pm Fenris on here...
Or perhaps someone else can help, as I've no idea.

Thanks for the info Twiggs. I noticed that Fenris has not been on since May? I'll PM anyway in case he gets an email notification.
