Dolly yesterday, Tim Curry today.
This stinks.
Had the privilege of seeing Tim Curry perform in a revival of For Me and My Gal in San Francisco and later as part of the original Broadway cast of Spamalot. He was brilliant.
Also saw him as the opening musical act for the Steve Miller Band back in the early 80's. A dynamic performer.
My first experience with Rocky Horror was at the Eighth Street Playhouse in Greenwich Village, New York. Couldn't believe what I was seeing on the screen (or in the audience). Tim Curry was fearless.
This stinks.
