I remember sitting in the old West Stand before the fire. Watched the 3rd round FA Cup tie v Cardiff City when we lost 1-2.

Which one of the three?

I’ve only once sat in the West Stand, against Brentford this year. I was struck behind the dugout with a view second to everyone else, and queued with a bursting bladder (cheers Cussie) for the one toilet for the entire section, same door out as in. Knock the fecker down, no tears from me.

I'd take anything, a brick, a window, a wooden seat, a plastic seat.....even a shower tap from the dressing room. Which reminds me, I met the groundsman in the 80's, he decided to show me round the West stand. Into the changing rooms we went to find Chris Kamaras bare backside staring at me. What a moment. My Leeds United claim to fame!

It's sad in one respect, because they were a reminder of our fantastic floodlights back in the day

I've been in the West Stand once, sat behind the dugout with Wilko going beserk at our players.

His sidekick Mick Hennigan was even worse.

The quietest stand in the stadium with minimum atsmosphere!

Not for me.

I think I've been in it once also
Spent most of the time on the kop or in the 'scratching shed'. More recently in the East Stand.

The old club shop which later became the ticket office is the first thing to go. The demolition also included the old Fullerton Park social club which has been abandoned for years. This was the view looking at the West stand car park gates

The exterior's been needing an upgrade as much as the interior. Also the toilets need upgrading. We need to do this now we have the TV monies.
