30km/ week is great! I’ve recently started running or speed walking and it has been really good to get back in shape.

Now I can't back that up as I'm a coeliac but have it from someone with an excellent taste in proper beer (none of this pretentious botanical rubbish with notes of lavander or whatever) that it's as good as it gets
