Bogle got clattered on that clearance. Justin on.
Happy to see Tanaka's energy on for Long staff.

Be nice if we could nick another goal here to reduce our deficit a bit…

Bogle off injured, but he seems to be putting full weight on his foot. That’s a good sign

He's more of a complete player than Firpo, and we are definitely not used to having complete players for probably decades.

Commentators saying Longstaff has been excellent, I’d say he’s been steady at best.
Made a great crunching tackle earlier though.

Firpo was excellent in defence if he was there already. Prevented a few goals with stunning blocks/headers and interceptions. His weakness was once turned he was done and it looked bad... But he's a much better forward player than Guds, the latter not in the same class.White Riot wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 3:45 pm He's more of a complete player than Firpo, and we are definitely not used to having complete players for probably decades.

Ao for the must win games, Longstaff for the tighter games and the ones v the greedy 6White Riot wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 3:48 pm If Tanaka gets fit then Longstaff is just a substitute imo, he's a limited player.

Darlow for me. Had flappy started, we'd have lost 100%.

Well, we've a very small sample size with Guds, but so far I'm really liking what he's contributed. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 3:48 pm Firpo was excellent in defence if he was there already. Darlow’s saves have been routine bar one so far…

Re: Wolverhampton Wanderers v Leeds Utd Match Thread
It was probably in their pregame notes since he was excellent the previous 2 games. So they figured he must be playing well today.
