"Leeds United looking to swoop for QPR ace"

Post by ElKapitan »

Some chatter starting up in the press about Leeds targeting Illias Chair.......

This would be a game changer for me and would more than adequately fill Rutters boots.

Can a deal be done?

Two years left on his contract if we include QPR's 1 year option......

26 so might be looking at trying to get to prem with a move..... Can't see QPR mounting a promotion push any time soon with all due respect.

The money is there..... His FBref data is below:

The closer the right most number is to 100 the better he compares to players in the 10 position.

Non-Penalty Goals 0.18 32
npxG: Non-Penalty xG 0.17 34
Shots Total 2.86 82
Assists 0.21 64
xAG: Exp. Assisted Goals 0.18 55
npxG + xAG 0.35 40
Shot-Creating Actions 4.36 75
Passes Attempted 47.39 88
Pass Completion % 74.7% 56
Progressive Passes 4.44 67
Progressive Carries 4.93 92
Successful Take-Ons 1.92 74
Touches (Att Pen) 3.53 49
Progressive Passes Rec 5.30 16
Tackles 1.06 34
Interceptions 0.49 53
Blocks 1.04 62
Clearances 0.18 7
Aerials Won 0.16 10

Remember he's playing for QPR.... These numbers would only increase around players of better quality and he has consistently been a big part of the good things QPR have produced.

He’s injured at the moment. Several weeks out with a shoulder injury I think.

So he has been sitting things out.

Sounds perfect for us, Paddy must be ever so lonely in the sick bay.
Please don't ever make the mistake of taking me seriously.
