Another player in one of the other matches close to a century too.

Ben Brown 164no .... Hants lead by 480, five and a half sessions left. Surrey seem to have all fielders on the boundary

edit: declaration, thought Brown might go for a double.. Surrey need 482 to force us to bat again.. 5 sessions and 40 minutes left in the game. I'd imagine rain has a say though

Hants beat Surrey and they're sent packing back up the M3 with just the one bonus point

It's given other teams a shot, Had Surrey won or drawn the championship was likely already won

A superb 131no from Yorkshire skipper Shan Masood sets Northants to chase 326 on what could be a stop-start final day, due to the rain.

Early days, but England continuing from where they left off in India. Morgan has left a big void and I'm not sure Buttler is the man to lead.

I suppose I should be interested since they're playing games in the US. But to be honest, I can't really be bothered with the whole T20 stuff. My Willow TV subscription just expired. I'll probably wait for the Tests to start again before I renew it.

I love the T20 World Cup. Must admit I didn't expect games to be abandoned due to rain in The WI  I was really looking fwd to the England v Scotland game. Especially after the start by the Scots.

USA almost beat Pakistan. They were cruising at one point. Then looked like they lost it. Needed 12 off last 3 balls. Super over about to start.

Ok Doodles, seems like we've garnered some interest from you in 'our cricket' again after sometime, albeit just the 'Wackamole' version.

It'll be interesting to see if your fans can get get excited over the intricacies and understanding of the test format, along with the 'boredom' of it, as you lot see it.

Especially without trying to meddle with the rules, change it entirely, call it your own, rape and pillage it, whilst trying not to introduce some of your 'Rounders' game into it.

Well done btw...https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/art ... 990k0lwl7o

Well it turned out that Pakistan lost in the Super over. A surprising result but this looked to me more like mental strength won out. T20 matches are a bit of a lottery and it's easy for results like this to happen.

Next match for Pakistan is on Sunday against a Star Studded Indian team which I am particularly looking forward to, India shirt at the ready! :)
