We've dropped points against 9 of the bottom half.

7 of those away from home.

If we lose promotion it's those games that will do it.

Just in the last month 3 times, turn one of those games into a win and its a very different scenario atm.

Only getting one point from the home games against Sunderland and Blackburn absolutely killed us.
We don't deserve to go up if we can't win against teams like that.

Yeah, and yet it's a conundrum that we've been able to beat Leicester and Ipswich home and away?

But those feather's in Daniel's cap mean nothing, same as his 90 points, if we don't get promoted.

Id suggest a very large section of the fanbase will be more forgiving than you mate.

90 points is over and above what we hoped for at the start of the season, we just hit the bad patch that every team has had at one point or another. s**t happens

They did a hell of a lot better than what you had in mind last August mind.

What was it you said about Rutter? Something about him being League One quality..

Hindsight eh? :)

Yes and no.

90 points is more than we expected to get, but look at the squad we have.

Bamford £70k pw, Rutter £70k pw and Firpo £60k pw (£10.4m) is more than the whole of Blackburn Rovers (£9.6m), Coventry City (£9.9m), Plymouth Argyle (£7.3m), Rotherham (£9m) and Sunderland £9.4m)

It really wasn't, we had hope but it wasn't based on anything but how well we're were playing on the second half of the season and on the fact that our rivals had loss of form.
